Supercharger oil?

what is the best supercharger oil to use? is everyone using gm oil? anybody using something different?

Yep that would be GM part number 1 # 12345982, I have always used it and haven't even heard of an alternative.

gm only. i havent tried anything of equivalent.. but im sure any supercharger oil will do fine

yup just use the gm oil.

ZZP and Intense both sell oil they claim is the same thing, just repackaged. Might be cheaper if you're ordering something else from them anyway.

Care to say what kind of oil it really is? Or will that hurt you guys to much?




I'm going to be sending in a sample to Amsoil soon anyway. So i'll know soon enough.

its no secret, but its not somthing you can pick up at autozone or in small amounts most of the time.
BUT if your getting it tested then ill wait to see what amsoil says :th_popcorn:
