Super Noob quick question about HID...

My meter is broken at the moment:[
but just a quick question:
what is brown, black, and blue wires? in terms of + and ground..
 


what are you referring to? is this stock wiring, hid wiring, hid relay harness wiring?

black is almost always ground. on the stock wiring, i believe the brown is the power on the fogs

Well i got them done now, but one thing went wrong which is the turn signal lamp failure (when it clicks twice as fast) goes off when i turn signal
