Sunroof lube/grease?

Opened the sunroof on my '01 GP for the first time in several months yesterday. Seems very slow to open now and the motor sounded like it was working pretty hard. I think my rubber may be dried out (though it isn't cracked) and I think the tracks need some new lubrication. There's hardly any grease and what is there is pretty old and gummy.

What kind of lube or grease do I use for the sunroof tracks and is there anything I can put on the rubber? Brand new seals are pretty damn expensive.
 


Thanks, I did check the manual actually but it only mentions lithium for the door hinges, I wasn't sure if it would be the same everywhere but that makes sense.
