Sunroof/ dome lights

Hey guys, my car is in the body shop right now getting some fresh metal and paint and I just got a call from them asking if my sunroof was broken. The reason they're asking is because it's not opening and the dome lights aren't working. Could that be some as simple as fuses or did they most likely unplug something or could it be a relay? What do to guys think?
 


Okay so I got the car back when through every single fuse and they are all good, next I went to the harnesses in the dome light itself and neither the sunroof or light harnesses have power to them what should I do next?
