Sunroof binding? Looking for greasing suggestions.

Okay so about 2 months ago my sunroof began "binding up". At roughly the same time my dads 01 Monte started having the same problem. I have been poking around here and found that it may just need greasing which makes sense because before this it seemed that the sunroof would open slower than it used to as if it was having trouble sliding. Now when I go to put it back it seems to snap and pop so I dont put it back at all and very seldomly open it. Anyone have some suggestions on what grease or lubricant would be the best for it and where to get it at? Thanks!
 


I use spray lithium grease on the tracks. Don't put anything on the seal though. Mine would bind even after greasing, so after an adjustment it now works good again.
