suggestions on shift kits

what would you guys recommend the intense shift kit, or the trans go shift kit, and someone told me id have to rebuild my tranny before adding a shift kit is that true?
 


either one works fine. no you dont need a rebuild to install one.

some have extra internal parts to use if you rebuild it, you just dont use those parts if your kit comes with them.

Wow. Installed that 5 years ago. Tranny still wining and chuggin' right along. LOL
