Buddy at school has a 04 WRX not the sti, He said it is stage two, exhaust, intake, lightweight pulleys, slight tune maybe some other **** but I can't remember.

Pulled up to a stop sign together we took off going about 4-5 mph and beat him about by a door length all the way up to 80 where we both shut it down he said I was pulling on him I wasn't watching.

Pretty good for just a gt with a topswap and a crappy tune.
 


I agree, I don't know how it happened he said he didn't wanna screw up his diff or anything with a hard launch. Maybe he needs the driver mod.
 


sounds like a stage 2 car. they arent that fast at that level of power. its just a turbo back exhaust, intake, and a tune to run more boost. nothing to brag about.
 
See didn't think he was really supposed to beat me just thought it was cool when he hooped out the car and said I gotta sell my car I just lost to a grand prix.
 


The start of the race killed him. Std trans vehicle rolling at 5MPH means engine speed was low when he goosed it. Unless he slipped the clutch.
