Sub-frame Bushings

Problem after problem, this car is trying become someone else problem real quick. First I noticed that when I turn the wheel while in park the front end on the passenger side kind of lifts up. It looked weird so I had my child turn the wheel repeatedly and I found the sub-frame bushings lifting out of he cradle. To me it looks like I'm missing the lower cups or is the cradles hole no good?

Correct me if I'm wrong, so the bottom bushing is suppose to expand to fill out the cradle hole?

see if you can tighten them any , 18 mm socket. put a jack under the frame and lift it up first, then crank on them bolts if they move.

Ok since looking at the first pic for about 5 minutes, the lower cup must've broke away from rust which is why the bottom bushing isnt smashed anymore. I didn't get under the car but was lucky enough to get a good snap with my phone

looks like the washer is rusted to hell, the cup just holds the bolts under the frame. the bushing is on top and in the middle of the hole in the frame.

well it looks like subframe hole is crap too. I don't think it should be this wide. The other bushing is still intact, but the bottom bushing is being stretched from supporting the load by iteslf. I read on another forum that someone had large washers welded in place. I wonder if home depot have any in whatever size I need.
