Stupid Foglights

Alright, this is one of many minor problems on my car.

A while back I have noticed that my Foglight switch didnt illuminate anymore but the foglights did still work. Later on the driver side bulb stopped working and then so did the passenger one later on.

I have checked ALL the fuses related to foglights, I have new HID bulbs that I have installed but nothing still works.

I tried to read up on this problem before creating a new thread but I could not find anything usefull.

I do have two wires just hanging down by my brake pedal, could this be related? I will post a picture of those two chillin wires.

Any ideas on my foglight failure?

Here are the wires that seem to be ripped apart.

Here is a connector which seems to be unconnected, tried to see if I can plug it back in.. couldnt find where to lol

And here is where those two small wires are coming from, that huge wad of wires in the back that are a little lower than this close one.

Ugh, this is getting annoying. I seriously cannot figure these wires out. Seems like the Gree-Orange wire goes to the steering wheel. My guess is its for controls for the radio. I have an aftermarket deck and my buttons arent connected. While searching and breaking my back I found another wire! Yes I said it, Another wire. Seems to be Green-Orange like the wire I first posted but this has a connector at the end of it. Does anybody have any ideas? My main concern is to fix my foglights -.-

trace the wiring from the bulbs back to the switch from the sound of it the wiring went bad. that or the switch itself.
