I am needing to buy a new set of struts an wondering if anyone had advice for me? well my problem lies with the fact that my ole lady is not stupid when it come to cars and mods! so I have just been considering putting on the same one that the car comes with or if any one has adjustable ones (if they make one that fits this car) and do they have a comparable ride to original (because she will notice if ride is stiffer) and then I could change them when needed? so please help if you have knowledge on this!
struts for 04 gtp original or after market/ajustable?!?!?!

Well, the 04/05 Comp-G struts (FE3) are OEM and a direct fit, and stiffer. "But honey, I DID buy factory replacements" Keep in mind that even new identical struts are going to feel stiffer than your old worn out ones anyway.

The way I see it. Is only show her what she wants to see. Find expensive replacement struts. then shower her a set of new struts and lowering springs are cheaper lol that's how I will be lowering my car when my stock **** goes
good point, but I think that I might just go with the (FE3), and save the battle for when I get new headers and exhaust, I know I cant hide that one!! on a funny side note, I was pulling off my dog bones to spin the braces and got caught! she asked what I was doing and I showed her so she is like "i thought you where not doing racing mods, your doing that to get better pull off the start, don't think im stupid" giving me the I will eat your soul look! just tried not to crack up!!
NOTE: she was really not impressed when our 06 gp n/a was totaled (some dude ran into me with a dodge pickup) and I came home with the 04 comp G!

Oh I assumed you had a standard GTP. Since you already have a Comp-G, no reason not to get the same shocks.
