Get yourself some Mothers water spot remover. You can find that locally. You would get better results by machine than by hand. It will take a lot of elbow grease by hand. This product is not paint safe. It is for glass only.

So i did the razor, pulled a bunch of **** off BUT, the damn waterspots are there.
I tried phase two Bought some 3m cutting compound and used that with my DA polisher for about 15 minutes on a window. Got it SUPER clean BUT still no change on the waterspots.
went back at it with some SOS pads, STILL no change to the water spots!

What can i use to impose my will upon them?
 
Are you certain that the waterspots are on the outside of the glass? Couple be bubbles forming in the tint, or just water spots on the inside of the window.

Damn right! Overspray, goo, stickers, anything.. it's gone if you wipe it down with a rag sprayed with brake cleaner and a razor. I mention the rag because you shouldn't spray it on paint too often..lol
