stripped threads!! Replace gasket??

I was torquing the angle bolts on my lower intake manifold that attach to the head, and the threads stripped.

If I remove the lower intake manifold to helicoil the threads on the head, will I have to replace the LIM gasket? I just put a brand new gasket on it yesterday, and torqued the 4 straight bolts in the middle. Is the gasket done, or can it be reused since it's so new? I have the aluminum gasket with the rubber seals.

If you drill and tap on the head, then likely....you'll have it off the engine or you'll get crap into the engine.

The bolt strip out or the head?
