Strange Stalling/Bucking

So, before today my 2002 Grand Prix GT has been pretty much trouble free... All I've noticed before was maybe a hiccup in acceleration in 2nd or 3rd gear. Today I was going up a moderately steep hill going about 35-40 mph when I began to give it a little more acceleration. The car then started to stall like I was letting of the gas abruptly about 3 or 4 times, and the car was unresponsive to increased acceleration. It seems like when the car is on level ground there isn't any hesitation. Anyone know what this problem might be? Supposedly the cam sensor has already been replaced, along with the catalytic converters, and alternator...

That my friend would be a misfire.

Time to check plugs, wires, and the coil packs. Might need new plugs, and wires, and the terminals on the coils cleaned, as they get corrosion on them, and can cause misfires. But I would do a visual inspection first...you might find or see something that you can fix for free.
