Strange electrical problem

Recently my 02 GTP has developed an issue where the DIC, a/c, headlights, and heated seat don't work after starting the car. Sometimes it will all kick on after a minute or two, or it might take half an hour, or just not come on at all. When it does come on, I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking, but I don't know where to look for it. The radio, instrument panel, and HUD are not affected by whatever is causing this. The buttons on the DIC still work, but you can't see anything you change. Does this sound like an ignition switch problem? Its starting to get cold around here and I want to make sure my butt stays warm!
 


The problem was the ignition switch. I replaced the blower motor resistor first because it was cheaper, but that didn't make a difference. The old one was not OEM, but it looked worse for wear. I wish someone would have given me a hint at what to replace because searches came up empty until I ran across the same problem searching for something entirely unrelated. :rolleyes:
