The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
could anyone tell me whats the max RPM the stock stal will be able to hold b4 it starts to slip and not hold anymore RPMs? i was able to hold approximately 2100-2200RPMs brake torquing it. is there a downside of going any higher or near the max it can take? :th_scratchhead:
i did have a higher stall but it crapped out on me which is why im using a stocker for the time being. im able to pull 2.15-2.2 sixties which isnt terrible but just curious on how far i can hold the stock tc before it lets go. thanks
I was able to stall my stock TC w/ stock tranny to 3,000 rpms. I did it quite a bit too, never had a problem and never blew it up in its 155,000 miles history. This was on an IC/Header/Rocker car...

im pretty sure u can stall it to 3k. but dont push it too hard. u should see my old trans. the planetary gears are all chewed up. i used to stall mine to 3800/3900. not anymore. lol. about 3100 on street. 3500 on the track. i have a 3800 stall converter. xp cam, mildly ported heads/tb/sc/manis,3in dp,3.4 pulley. 2.02 60ft time. street tires. no traction control. ran a 13.82.
