97-05 grand prix's SE, GT and GTP can be done with DHP and HP Tuners.

05-08 GXP's can be done with HP Tuners and something else like a diablo or some junk.

97-04 Regals are DHP and HP Tuners.

Same with similar year bonnevilles and lesabres.


So no, not just any "tuner" software can work.
