stock bose speakers putting in a dvd deck

I want to install a pioneer dvd deck... I have a 2000 grand prix gt coupe and was told since i have bose stock speakers i have to re wire all my speakers and replace them with after market ones... is that true? is there any way i can rig it to sound descent??
