Still wont start

Hi i have an 01 that I replaced the evap canister, fuel pump, and crankshaft position sensor. After finishing all this the car wont start. I am getting fuel to the rails the car with crank but it will not start. It was suggested that i change my coil pack so i do so, no go. The security light is not on in the dash, I am lost as to what I should do now. please help
 


Do you have spark at the coil packs?

Are the plug wires in the correct order?

135 front
246 rear


Make sure all the IGN are not blown too, and yo can take 2 wires off 1 coil pack to see if the spark jumps the gap to see if that is working.
 
the code that it was throwing was for the crankshaft sensor. I only have problems starting it on days that the code of the sensor popped up. all the wires are hooked back the way there were when i took them off.
 
make sure the small ground wire is still bolted to the coil pack bolt on the side of the head.

check for spark like others have said. try a shot of starting fluid as well never know maybe its not getting fuel.

did you clear the code? if not try unplugging the battery for 30 minutes, then hook it back up, see if it fires up.
