Still frusterated On 2001 3.8L V6 grand prix gt

Ok, this is what been changed on my 2001 grand prix gt 3.8L V6

Both outer tierod ends, sway bar bushings and links, O rings, Cv joints, motor and tranny mounts are good,.

Now when I go to take off or go in reverse to park the car and turn the wheel I can hear a knock just once coming from my passenger front tire, it only does it once though and then I don't hear it again. Can someone help me figure this out.
