just recently while turning on to a side street, i felt the steering "lock" up on me. after parking and while the engine was running i turned the wheel fully left and fully right and noticed a grinding noise and the steering wheel would get "hung up". there are no leaks and the PS fluid is full. any ideas?? it almost feels like it is getting caught on something.
 


a few months ago i found the problem..a plactic peice had broken in the wheel well and would on occasion get caught in the wheel. i cut it off and no more issue.
