Steam from exhaust

My 98gtp has steam coming from exhaust all gaskets are new no coolant in oil it's about 40 degrees here I see no other car with stem coming from it. exhaust I have no cat or resonator, could this be why or is it more serious

Does said steam eventually dissipate? Is the engine using coolant? Is it running hot?

its winter time, look at all the other cars on the road.

until the exhaust gets hot, as it warms its making condensation and looks like steam out the pipes.

Not losing coolant not running hot 30 min drive still does it runs fine

I see the "steam" even when it's 60º outside.

Yes catless gonna get down pipe with cat resonator n my borola mufflers or on real soon
