Startup Belt Squeal

So I have no idea what's going on, but i'm sure I'm getting sick of a startup belt squeal that I can't seem to kick.

I have a '04 GP and I just replaced the water pump, I have a new tensioner assembly (10k-20k old) new genuine GM belt (10k old) as I was told it grips better than aftermarket. A newer alternator (40k-50k) on it as well. I'm not sure if the A/C clutch or P/S pulley can develop a squeal with age, but this always seems to happen on cold start-up.

Not sure what else I can do to solve or if this is a case of general age of the vehicle, but what else can I do to get rid of it if anything, thanks.

Easy thing to do is remove the belt then spin every pulley and listen for the squeal.

Easier than that.

Start spraying WD40 at sh1t while it's making the noise, like all the pullies.

Once it goes away, then you've found the problem.
