I have a strange issue...Every once in a while when i turn the ignition key to start the car I get a click from a relay that sounds like it's coming from the passenger side under the dash somewhere, and the car will not start. Sometimes if I try several times it will go ahead and catch and start. Last night it wouldn't catch at all for like an hour an a half - tried several hundred times & just get the click sound, then it finally caught and started. Immediately now I hear a sound coming from under the dash on the drivers side that sounds like a loud old fashioned sewing machine...checked under there and what's making the sound looks like a computer or controller box of some sort located just above the parking brake. Drove home and sound never went away & when I got home I turned it off and tried to restart it - started right up several times on the first turn, but the noise is now present any time the engine is running. I'm totally baffled...any Ideas???
