Stalling?

Ok so up here in ottawa we just got are first snow fall of the year and my car doesnt like it at all. :th_laugh-lol3:

history: so about a year ago car would start and idle ruff so 800 rpm - 1500 ish then back down, once the car was warm it would stop. i thought nothing of this.

now on the way to work i was traveling about 60-70 km and the engine shut off and oil light and bat light turned on. Pulled off to the side of the highway and sat for 5 min or so and started her back up with no problem. but the TCC light was on so i had no TCC. got to work and turned the car off then back on and i had TCC. not to sure what is going on here maybe one of you guys have had this problem.

Almost sounds like a crank position sensor. Either that or your ICM is going.

As far as the TCC light that is probably unrelated. You probably have a bad wheel speed sensor that is shutting off the TC. You have an ABS light on as well?

Might also want to check for vac leaks. That would throw the idle off.
