• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Stalling on highway! P601, P606, U107 codes. PCM?!

Car has stalled 3 times in the past few weeks. Always cruising 70mph down the highway. Pull to the shoulder. Sit for 30 seconds. Turn key and it starts up and drives fine.

Is there anything I should be checking/inspecting? Intermittent PCM wire corrosion or short? Clean with electrical contact cleaner?

A Crankshaft sensor wouldn't throw these 3 codes, right? Will take any help I can get!!!

I had weird electrical issues once where I would lose all power while driving. No codes. The wire harness for the cam sensor was out of its channel and touching the crank pulley and it went through the insulation.

Thanks FastL67. I'll open up the airbox and inspect the PCM wiring and connectors.

I am just wondering if anything other than a bad PCM could throw these codes like bad ground(s), bad wires, etc.

New PCM appears to have fixed the problem! No stalls for 2+ weeks. (If you get those 3 codes, it seems like PCM replacement is necessary from everything I've seen)

Thanks all!!!
