Stalling after starts

I have a 98 GTP and about 5 sec. after i start the motor, it stalls. No matter if it's in gear or neutral, still stalls. I had a scanner and it told me the car has a 1646 (EVAP Boost sensor?) code. Anyone have this same problem or a stalling problem they may be able to shed light on? I've pulled the MAF sensor, Idle control valve, and EGR and I get the same problem. Thanks.

The EVAP is the black canister on the backside of the blower.

is it the one mounted and has a wire harness to the top of it? is it about 3-4" high and 2-3" around? i see that's connected to the exhaust so i thought that was the EGR valve? it looks

The EVAP is in the left rear fender, I also own the 98 GTP, Having the same problems.

Last time I checked it is on the backside of the blower, on top of the MAP sensor...a small black canister about 3"-4" wide with two vacuum lines running out of each side that can be unclamped. But what do I know.

i actually found it to be the fuel pump resistor, and replaced it with a relocater kit from my cousin at a GM dealership ($38). cheaper than anywhere i could find it.

The Fuel pump resistor, is that in the right front fender behind the battery?, my Haynes manual doesn't even have that part in there.
