Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

SSAC or Pacesetter Headers

when you said to use Cooper RTV do you put that on the clamp or onthe Pipe before you slide it togeather. is there any write up on install about getting to the back exhaust manifold

Just take the dogbones off and tilt the motor as far forward as you can, some times you can just push the car forward and lock the e brake to hold it there. then get at the rear manifold. Makes things easier when you delete the evap and egr.

For the pacesetters you can just get some good band clamps and some rtv at the y pipe. Just apply it around the crossover pipe and rear header pipe, then fit the y pipe over that and band clamp it.

If you want you can make a couple 1" slices into the y pipe, although it isnt necessary, but helps when your clamping it.

i will be getting the SSAC headers they deliver them tommorow how long do you let the Rtv harden before driving.

the Headers should come with all the gaskets right or should I buy Betterones. Those AccuSeal Clamp are hard core huh. They are some Diesel lookin clamps

I ot the headers in and ordered the Interlocking flex. I did not see if the headers came with bolts is there some that I should buy

The stock bolts work fine on the heads... you can replace them with shiney ones from the hardware store if you want, but not a necessity.

You might need to get some bolts/washers/nuts for the catback flange, since the stock one uses studs, I believe.
