SRS Panel Coming Off?

The airbag panel and the dash is coming off right at the corner where it says SRS. It appears that some sort of clip has failed. Normally this would be an easy fix with removing the panel, replacing the clips and then putting it back, but the airbag makes things tricky. How do I go about fixing this safely?
 


Anytime you're working with or near airbags, make sure the battery is disconnected. You may even want to leave it disconnected for an hour before. So basically what he said the second time. ^
Then you won't have any issues with airbags going off, it's perfectly safe.
