Spyder Headlight help?

Hello, I am newer to the forum and the car world itself. I recently purchased Spyder Halo Headlights and had one of my friends install them for me. Now that they are done, I notice that when I am driving, the beams seem to be pointing downward, and the whole headlight housing seems to be pointing down a little. One of my coworkers who also has these headlights says that he had to put a piece of piping underneath each of his headlights to correct the problem. My question is: is he correct? Or if not, what should I do to correct the problem? Any help would be great!

What Style projector is it?
If it is the same as mine they have 2 screw in the back to aim the projector up or down.

They are the CCFL Halo Projectors. I thought there should have been an adjustment screw, but my friend said they were on top and I didn't see them there. I will check the back. But as I also stated, it seems to also be the whole housing unit that is pointing downward as well, not just the beams.

The adjustment screws are on the rear of the headlight. You have to remove them to adjust them. It's a huge PITA.

I have spyder's and I can adjust mine without removing them.

Weather stripping is a must as well, but also you do want them aimed downward a bit. HID projectors aimed straight out will be so bright that it will blind oncoming drivers' unborn children.

Alright, I figured they shouldn't be too high, but I didn't know how much to raise it. And thank you all for the help
