Spyder ccfl halo headlight installation questions

SO i just bought my new CCFL halos and got them last night, i got a really really good deal on them so i figured might as well... but im a LITTLE confused. Car is a 99 Grand prix

Hooking them up seems pretty simple and straight forward, but wiring the Halos has me at a complete loss... i dont understand what to do at all, so if someone could explain this to me in the most simplest of terms because im an idiot, that would be super appreciated


also, for those who have installed these same headlights, how did you eliminate the bounce thats associated with them?

if there is a forum on this topic or question im sorry, i have searched since last night when i got them and found nothing on this site or on google.. so any help at all is appreciated, im just pretty bad with wiring and have the worst luck so i wanna make sure i dont ruin everything haha.
 


From what I've herd you can first wire them to a simple switch. Or second which is probably to wire them into your parking lights. And for the bouncing issue I've herd of people just putting tin foil to close the gap haha... I don't have a 97-03 but this is just what I've heard
 
I wired my halos to.my parking lights so you can run them without headlights. For thrle.boumce just get some weather stripping from hardware store put it under the headlights inbetween bumper. Works decently.
 
How you like the spiders compared to stock? and you have HIDs in them or the regular halogen H1s?
