Sputtering Problem...?

So i just put new zzp 10.3 plug wires and bosch +4 spark plugs in my 04 gp. When im cruzin at 45-60mph and i give it some gas and it gets around 3500rpms it sputters and has no power. But if i punch it and go to like 5500 rpms it doesnt sputter. Whats going on......
 


Check the plugs and wires and make sure they are gapped right and on the plug firmly. Make sure they are on the coil packs too, just to rule that out.
 
try some E3 plugs. ive heard good things about them.
as far as bosch, i run them because theyre not chinese plugs, but ive heard of them being bad right out of the box.
