i have a set of yella terra 1.95 rockers coming to me and i have a gen v swap with 3.5 pulley to put on this weekend, sd headers, lucas 42.5lb injectors, 3" maganflow converter, drilled 180* tstat, autolite 104s, ac delco factory wires, zzp pcm tune for the setup.

i have 2 sets of springs i got form a junkyard looking to get some info on them. one is from a corvette and they have a purple stripe and the other is from a 05 gto and they have an orange stripe. would one of them be beneficial to my setup or should i just buy the blue ls6 springs? any info would b greatly appreciated.

my 1.95 rockers came with 90 lb LS springs. they came with new retainers too. i never did a side by side, so i dont know if they are any different then stock.

i bought just the rockers from gambler67 on here so thats why im looking for springs bc i want to do it all while im in and plus those rockers wont work with stock springs lol

From google, the orange and purple stripped springs are LS1 springs are rated at 70# seat pressure at a install height of 1.8

hello again guys i just had a question... a guy has a set of pbm 110# valve springs for sale and i was owndering if that would be great for my setup or stick to the 105# crows?

It doesn't really matter, both are more than enough.

You could honestly run L76 springs and be totally fine.

Cheapest and easiest route are going to be L76 springs. Do a google search and you'll come up with the part number. I tend to stay away from LS6 springs. L76 are easiest to get and cheap, Crow 105's are what I'd be running because I prefer to have more spring pressure than not enough.......also the Crow 105's were nice on my timing chain dampner.

thank you or the info im sold on the crow 105s, going to order them tomo from intense. im just studying about the different springs to learn about them and the diff combos with rockers and such.

so i was about to order the crow 105# springs when i came across a set of comp 105# springs brand new in the box sealed for $75... which way should i go?

The crow springs are better. Ive talked to a few people who have had first hand experience with the comp 105s breaking.

I used 90# springs with those exact rockers. Never had an issue. I know I'm late to the game but just putting this in here for future input for people
