Speedometer freaking out

My 07 GXP was having a bit of an issue with the speedometer jumping around , it was going from 5mph up to 100 and everything in between. The radio goes up and down in volume and the transmission acts odd unless I was in manual.
It started after a bit of spirited driving when I embarrassed a kid and his fartbox sounding Honda. I do give him credit for pulling up next to me and telling me he did not expect that kind of driving from that type car, and admitting he was outclassed not just in the straightaways but the curves as well.

I also am surprised at the handling in the curves. I would rate it up with my 96 vette and 88 Fiero but my 98 vette may have it beat by a bit.

I got home and pulled the codes and the only one showing was the one that said vacuum line loss that throws when my wife put gas in it without killing the engine. I reset it and let the car sit a few hours and drove it and it was fine.

Any Ideas?

Check all the battery terminals/cables and make sure they're clean and tight. Also all the ground wires under the hood. Doesn't take much to make these cars do strange things if something is slightly loose or corroded. Maybe after the run something worked itself just loose enough to cause an issue.

update ,
I checked everything I could under the hood for loose connections and found nothing.
It does not throw any codes, I have the Torque app o my phone connected to OBD with a wifi adapter, I can monitor it as I drive. The program shows the same speed changes as the HUD and speedometer in the dash.
It did it again today. I noticed that it does not act as bad if I change speed slowly. I picked up a speed sensor today but I will not be able to get it installed till Monday when I have having both front axles changed because of a front end shake when accelerating.
I am worried that it may not be the speed sensor because it does not throw any codes. what other things could cause this?

Got it fixed, It was not the speed sensor its self but the PO had cu the wire and had ran it up above the axle where it had gotten frayed..
I had him put the es sensor in anyway because he was replacing the axles. which is another long story.
