Speaker sensitivity

A quick question. Would you need an amp if the speakers' are very sensitive? My speakers are rated at 96db and 100w rms. my amp is rated at 100w rms per channel. Can i just use the factory wires for the speakers? Thanks
 


Speakers are Autotek M6.5-4 full range: 100 watts rms 4ohms. Amp is Eclipse XA4200: 100x4 at 4 ohms...200x4 at 2 ohms. Right now my setup is 2 speakers to one channel
