Speaker problems? A/C blower?

I have 2004 GTP and the speakers have static in them even when the radio isn't on. Any suggestions.

Second, the blower motor for the a/c runs slightly even when the knob is in the off position. ??????? Thanks
 


You're always going to get a little air through your vents. And if you figure out how to get the speakers to not turn on with head unit power, let us know.
