Sparkplug question

I have a 1999 Grand Prix GTP. It has a cold air intake headers and exhaust. Im not sure what kind of plugs are in it. My question is what would be a good plug and wire combo to put in? I saw a test on the E3 plugs and they supposedly increased horsepower and torque. Has anybody used these? Thanks for any help and reccomendations.

E3 is garbage.

Check the size of your pulley.

That will tell you what plugs to use.

Check the safely modding your 3800 thread in the general tech section for more information.

If you have a stock 3.8" pulley, then you need stock heat range spark plugs. Don't buy platinum. Buy copper or iridium. Copper lasts 15,000+ miles, iridium lasts 70,000-100,000 miles. Depends on how much you like to change your plugs.
I'd recommend Autolite 606XP iridium spark plugs, just to name an example.

Oh... stock spark plug wires. Unless you want a fancy color, stock spark plug wires are the ticket.

That's ridiculous. Spark plugs are not a performance mod. Sorry bud, that's lies and hype. You'll have to do some actual work if you want to go fast. The only people I've ever seen use them got chipped pistons out of the deal.
