Spark Plugs on a 05 GT

I have a 2005 Gt and im looking to replace my plugs. I dont have any proformance mods or anything like. Should i go with Ac Delco 41-101 IRIDIUM
or with NGK spark plugs 7164 Iridium IX Series; TR55IX.
