Something missing

I recently gave my car to a tech to install the zzp inner cooler kit and fuel rails. After finally looking at everything I notice something missing, or just probably was never there. Car runs perfectly fine
The part is to the right of the tps somewhat above the tstat. Could someone tell what that part is and if there needs to be a hose on the right side?
