well 176.126.252.12 is from Romania


and 83.149.126.132 is from Netherlands

i looked them up to see what country they were from lol
 
its sounds like you have a bot/virus giving out your user name(s) and passwords i would do a clean install if i were you. who knows what else has been stolen from you like credit card info, bank statements, etc.
