• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

So this is odd...

I was in park and was listening to the engine after work today. Well as i was reving engine, at about 3k rpm maybe a tad more i tried to give it more gas. Well nothing happened. I tried again. So at around 3k no matter how much gas i give it it will not go any higher. No when I drive it seems normal so im thinking maybe a safety feature??? Or maybe something in the POS ZZP PCM. God I cant wait till i recieve Will's. Anyways anyone heard of this?

I thought about that but it didnt bounce like a rev limiter would. Just as if there is no more pedal lol. Either way this makes me feel better. ty

They use the electronic throttle as the limiter. That is why it does not sound like a convential rev limiter. With the 04+ they can limit throttle movement instead of limiting fuel and spark for the arlier models that had a cable operated throttle.
