So last year my buddy gave me an 05 GTP with bad bottom end. But I didnt get it moved fast enough so he gave it to someone else.
So I had done lots of research on 04 -up GP.
I still have a pair of new rear wheel bearings from my 98 regal. And I love Wbodys since I had my 98 Regal.
Well as I started a new job, I went up to talk to old friend/ex co worker. He started a new shop and asked for my help diagnosing a car.
So I told him I was looking for one and he had one I just bought for $300 in his yard, with rod knock.
Well just found a possible replacement. Seller thinks its around 144k miles but possible head gasket issue. But supposedly they will drop engine and trans and sell for $100. Waiting on call back or email back to solidify deal.
If this deal is as it seems, I may get lower miles(car has 192k ) driveline.
