The project includes some common and extremely uncommon mods. Well i started today with some random neon that was given to me when i went to pick up my spare tool set at a friends. It doesn't look as stupid as i thought it would i kinda like it.

around here you would get pulled over like now, if the bar was hidden you would be fine

the color at least is illegal... here and michigan for sure. i had red interior neons not even that bright and was ticketed in mi back in the day, and here i was smart and called 4 cop shops, all said blue, red, white were illegal. which is why i chose green as an accent on my gt instead of blue and ran green underglows all around... which looked *****in imo

got pulled over 4 times in 6 months for running them while driving, and each time i politely explained they were idiots and didnt know thier job or the law and they cowered away in shame( i like to think the concealed carry license helped, lol)
 
The bars are only on with some twist ties so i can move them eventually and considering i don't have inspection yet its the least of my worries the tint is totally illegal too but oh well i have a pretty nice get out of a ticket free card (family member).

Well it possibly will get a single turbo setup with a 5 speed swap, 8 point cage, 3 inch lift yes lift don't ask yet.... thats once i get all my measurements finished, back seats removed, and extensive suspension mods, as well as fixing the rest of the crap broken on it except interior stuff which will mostly be removed.
 
i had red underglows and red interior bulbs... when i got pulled over in cleveland ohio, i was told as long as they aren't flashing while driving they didn't care.

that mostly how it is, cops will pull you over to give you a warning but they dont ticket because flahing lights are the illegal one. ANY strobe is illegal in ohio
 
i talked to my next door neighbor (NJ State Trooper) today and he said yeah they are illegal so they are now under my hood. which i will probably end up taking pics of tonight. new front motor mounts went on today too.
 
ugh... starter went once i parked it illegally in front of my apartment complex at college.. 2 hours later its fixed and im broke again.
