Smoke from engine/exhaust

Hello, i recently was jacking up my 01 GP GT in order to check some brake pads and rotors. anyway, as i was looking under my car looking for a good spot to jack it up, i noticed what looked like steam/smoke coming from where the exhaust system start, right by the engine. who knows how long this has been going on.. should it be something i should be concerned about, or just ignore it because she does have just shy of 200,000 miles on her?

Depending on the year you may have to remove the coolant elbows to get the rear vc off to change the gasket. So some coolant will come out.

I'm sick of messing with coolant, first I had the hose going to thermostat blow off, then that same hose sprung a leak, then my water pump went, then my radiator cap blew off.. Everytime something happens there went 10 bucks for new coolant, because I was always away from home when it happened. That all happens this summer.

Just the front one I believe. I did both, which did require moving the alternator bracket, breaking a coolant elbow without me knowing, causing a leak. $4 later new elbows were on, oh and $10 for coolant. If I knew I was going to flush it a month later, I would have just added 3/4 gallon of water. Anytime I will do valve cover gaskets in the future on a 3.8, new elbows will be bought. Unless they're aluminum(already replaced).
