smoke coming frpm tailpipe

Could someone help me. I've replaced my head gaskets a year ago. But now something else has went wrong. I have blue smoke pouring out of my tailpipes also I've found oil on my number one spark plug. And it seem to get worse everyday. By the way I have a 98 gtp.. can someone help me. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem!!

Either a valve seal went or you have alot of oil getting past the rings are likely answers.

Is the PCV working correctly?

I just changed the pcv valve today.... is the valve seal something I can do myself

They are in the heads, so yes you can with the right tools/knowledge.
