Sluggish

Hey, its been a while since ive posted...

When i step on the gas to try and "punch-it" there is a lag, then it revs up big time and off i go.. anyone got an idea of what can be done to fix that.

I just got the car back from brake/tie rod repair and when i asked the guy there he said i should get the throttle body cleaned out..
plugs maybe?

ideas? ways to fix?

plugs, wires, run some injector cleaner or seafoam through it, fuel filter, just the basic cheap stuff first. hopefully that fixes it
