Sluggish/Hesitation ,Please help.

I have a 2000 GP GT I've been having problems with it since spring. But anyway my car runs fine for a bit but as it starts to warm up it gets real sluggish or hesitant which ever. And it runs the same when I turn on the a/c does anybody know What the problem maybe?
 


I cant be 100% certain of the problem because I'm not there to see it myself, but its kinda sounds like the cat converter is clogged.

To test it, i would either pull the front o2 sensor and go for a drive and see if it feels better (yes it will be loud) or grab a pressure gauge and screw it into the o2's bung and turn the car on and read how much pressure there is, if its more than 1ish PSI, the cats is most likey clogged.

I would atleast give that a shot and see if its your issue.
