• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

SLP Spoiler

If it's a true Gen 1 SLP spoiler like in the pic, then I'd say go for it. Although in his description is says "Brand New Factory Style Spoiler."

If I were you I'd ask about this before buying just to clarify. Sure, they have a pic of someone's GP w/ a SLP spoiler on it, but do they think that is a stock GP spoiler by mistake? I'd be afraid of getting a factory stock flat spoiler in the mail instead of the SLP one.

I emailed them and they said its the same as the one in the picture but im kinda skeptical about buying it and getting the wrong thing.

its a reproduction made from a mold made from an original

although some say they do a ****ty job on the mounting holes

That is not a true slp spoiler. 3800performance sells their SLP spoiler from the manufacturer that SLP used. The one on ebay is also sold by pfyc. Be warned that the SLP copy that is sold by the company in your link tends to not sit flush on the center section on top of the trunk.

Why chance it? Besides, the one on Ebay is going to cost $219.00. 3800perf. lists theirs for 239.99. So you get a cheap knockoff that may or may not fit right for $20 less? If you're gonna do it, do it right and go w/ the true Gen 1 SLP. You have 7 days to try and get your money back if the spoiler from Ebay is junk. What is the warranty like from 3800perf?

3800perf. will even paint it for you before shipping. Now I don't know how much that is, but it certainly would be a convenience to have a new spoiler shipped to you with nothing more to do than remove your old one and bolt it on.
