slipping after rebuild

tranny was rebuilt a few months ago with tons of parts from intense and zzp. after the rebuild, i got half throttle on it and the trans slipped in 2nd gear, then slammed back and snapped my input shaft (which is now hardened). so i got the trans rebuilt again because the trans shop says there seems to be no visible signs of slipping on the clutches. its still slipping now, mainly when i slow to ten or so mph then give it about half throttle. any one know what this could be? maybe line pressure is not up to par?
i dont feel like dealing with these guys again until i have at least a decent argument.

Either way they are responsible for rebuilding it right, and they obviosuly did not do the job, and will have to correct it each time as per any warrantee until its fixed
