slight engine issue?

2005 GP GT 131k

Today when I was driving home from work I stopped to get beer. When I turned on to my road I decided to accelerate to 70mph just for fun. When I stopped to let another person turn I noticed my car was shaking a little bit. I pulled into my car port and put the car in park and it was still shaking. RPMs were just over 500 and the lights were dimming a little as well. When I revved the engine over 700 rpms and it seemed fine but when I left off it would drop back down to low 500's. I got out and popped the hood and engine was shaking and it smelt different then normal. Didnt check oil but I know it is fine and 500 miles shy of oil change. I am very anal about maintaining my car well. No engine codes were thrown yet while it was happening. I'm going to wait a couple hours "check oil" and start it up to see if it is still happening.
 


Kinda seems like a misfire maybe or a vacuum line somehow popped off and causing it to chug.

Maybe even a clogged converter, but hard to say without taking temp reading to see if it's getting way way hot before the cat.
 
Started the car a couple hours after the issue and it was running fine. Drove it a few times after that and no issues. I did notice now though that when I press the window button that everything dims in my car so im not sure if that is normal or my battery/alt is going bad?
