slamming into gear?

ok i was going out of my drive way and all to the bank it is slamming into gear when i get out of the bank everything is good.

did a filter change and changes the fluid about a week ago

dont know why its doing it now and its a 2003 grand prix gt with 72,000

any help would be appreciated
